Changes and Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Pacific Flats, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer guests some flexibility while also protecting the availability of our limited listings:
• Grace Period: Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation and at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel up to 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Requesting Changes to Your Reservation

While confirmed bookings are subject to availability, we will gladly review any request to modify your reservation. Please reach out as early as possible, and our team will do its best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change and timing.

Cancellations Due to Technical Issues or Emergencies

In rare situations where your booking must be canceled due to technical issues, system errors, or circumstances beyond our control, Pacific Flats will issue a full refund for the affected stay. Such cancellations will be handled promptly and are considered final. We will assist in finding alternative accommodations where possible, but we are not liable for external costs or consequences.

House Rules & Guest Responsibilities

All guests are expected to respect the building rules and property guidelines provided at the time of booking and/or check-in. This includes observing quiet hours, respecting occupancy limits, and maintaining the condition of the unit. Failure to follow house rules may result in early termination of stay without refund.

Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver

By staying at a Pacific Flats property, guests accept that there may be inherent risks associated with apartment living — such as the use of stairs, balconies, or exposure to weather conditions. Guests agree to act responsibly and acknowledge that Pacific Flats is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by negligent behavior or misuse of the property.

In Case of Emergency

If you encounter any issues during your stay — medical, safety, or technical — please contact us immediately. Our team is available to provide timely assistance and will coordinate with building staff or local authorities as needed.
